Concentrated red cherries, dried purple flowers, fresh rose petals and a wet gravel minerality show on the nose of this bottling by Billy Wathen and Dick Dore. It's light in body and fairly delicate on the sip, with Earl Grey tea, stewed cranberry and rose-hip flavors.
