Sourced from Stillwater Creek, Copeland and Dineen vineyards, this Bordeaux-style blend is roughly half Merlot, one quarter Cabernet Franc, and the rest a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Plum and black cherry fruit flavors are set in a mocha-and-dark-chocolate frame. Smooth and well-defined, it finishes with bourbon barrel highlights.
