Jammy aromas of raspberry and strawberry preserves remind you of the extreme 2003 summer heat. In addition, this Brunello delivers syrupy-sweet flavors of caramel, molasses and raspberry syrup. It could pair with aged cheese but would probably overwhelm more delicate dishes.
