A bit rough and scoury. Offers pleasantly rich waves of vanilla wafer, lime, Meyer lemon, leesy yeast and sweet smoky oak flavor, with a dry, crisply clean finish. || Deliciousness is the name of the game with this sparkling wine. It's enormously attractive in strawberries and limes, vanilla bean, yeasty dough and smoky flavors that finish a little sweet. The texture is pure silk and satin. This is a great expression of Arroyo Grande sparkling wine, and the price is well worth it.
