From the vineyard around viticulturist Anne Moller-Racke's home planted to the Donum clone, this is a stunner from start to finish, an elegantly tousled expression of mint and bay leaf that's big-boned at first, yet completely lively and fresh on the palate, settling into a place of grace, bursting in brooding dark berry, cherry, cinnamon and clove all wrapped up in a sultry texture.
