Full marks to Moncontour for indicating on the label that this is a dry wine (not always the case in Vouvray). In 2007, that dryness translates into a dominant acidity, fresh apple flavors and a texture of lemon zest. It is a crisp wine, either to be drunk now or aged for 4–5 years for the secondary flavors to develop.
