The blend is 86% Syrah and 14% Mourvèdre. The wine is medium bodied, not very rich or textured, but solid, with some slightly dusty tannins on the finish. Aromas and flavors cover an appealing range, from hints of garrigue, vanilla and cedar to ripe raspberries. Drink it now and over the next few years.
