Made following the principles of biodynamic viticulture and with natural yeasts, this offers aromas of turned soil, blue flower, leather and crushed black cherry. The savory, smooth palate delivers layers of black plum, blackberry, clove, cinnamon and black pepper alongside firm tannins and fresh acidity. It has impressive depth and the long finish closes on a licorice note. Drink 2016–2025.
