Toasty popcorn aromas are pitched against dry white-fruit scents. This has a good, pure feel to the palate, while flavors of bright apple, lime, white grapefruit and ocean brine finish crisp and mildly salty. This is a complex brut nature made entirely from Xarel-lo. 250 cases made.
