This is a soft, tart, light red wine with excessive volatility. The finish borders on vinegary flavors, which overtake the fruit. || This is Horse Heaven Hills Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a splash of Wahluke Slope Petit Verdot. As with the other Edmonds releases, it has an elegance rarely found in the wines from new operations. Edmonds seems to value fruit and precision over barrel flavors and alcohol, a welcome trend.
