A first-rate Pinot Noir, dry and firm in structure. There's a solid minerality girding the ripe cherry, red currant and cola fruit, while sweet oak provides an ample, but balanced, coating of vanilla and toast. Luscious now right out of the bottle, and should age for a good eight years.
