With 4–6 months' wood aging, here is a wine that is smooth, ripe, layered with black, juicy fruits, spoiled by an aftertaste of cured ham from volatility. || The juicy fruit is dominated by Aragones and Trincadeira. This is a soft wine, simple, open and fresh, touched with acidity. || Initially fresh, with a creamy, white-fruit texture, this has acidity, but it finishes fat and rather hot, with pepper.
