Wheat bread and black-olive aromas segue to a medium-weight wine on the palate. Shows a Rhonish, fresh herb-and-black pepper brightness, framing chewy plum fruit. Finish shows some wood, and is not as vibrant as the palate. || An apéritif-style wine. It's lean and crisp in the mouth, but not a flavor explosion. Aromas and flavors are understated, with hints of peach and pear. Finishes with a lingering unctuousness.
