Sweet, earthy and dry smelling, with tobacco and savory soy aromas. Tomatoey acids pushing raspberry, plum, vanilla and tobacco flavors. Oak-based vanilla and tomato flavors are also present on the finish, which is fresh and lively. Only 250 cases made.
