Very dry and crisp, with a classic Edna Valley structure, this Pinot has cherry flavors accented with wintergreen, sweet fresh sage and crushed black pepper notes. It feels elegant and refined, but could be a little richer. || Shows the brisk, tart acidity that always shows up in wines from this little Central Coast appellation.
