This single-vineyard Pinot Blanc crisply reflects both vintage and site, with tart apple and citrus flavors that are slightly grassy, herbaceous, and peppery. There is a smooth, somewhat oily or glossy finish to it, as if some of the rough edges had been sanded away; yet the acidity that remains is more than adequate to keep it fresh and the fruit flavors vivid.
