An iconic wine for Barnard Griffin, this is blended with 16% Sémillon. Spicy, searingly tart (below 13% alcohol, high acid) and annotated with beeswax, lemon oil, hints of honey and tea. Fragrant and palate cleansing; this is a particularly fine oyster wine.
