This blanc de blancs from biodynamic grower Pierre Larmandier is bone dry, packed with delicious white fruit flavors, very crisp, but also full and rich. There is a great mineral edge to it, which shows how well it will age, but enjoy it now as well. || This is certainly Chardonnay, full of green apple and white fruit creaminess that is still suspended in acidity and needs time to soften and open. Lovely flavors of spiced pears give the wine a great future.
