Bellwether's single-vineyard Pinot stands out for its gorgeously lifted, blossomy perfume. The palate is a cherry bomb of flavor, yet elegantly framed by a razor's edge of acidity and soft, feathery tannins. Drinks beautifully now, but will be a joy to mature from 2020–2025. || There's an elegant spray of violet that persists from start to finish on this delicately structured Pinot Noir. Light in body with delicate swathes of red cherry, plum and earth, it finishes with a murmur of soft, astringent tannins.
