Enormously ripe, forward and succulent in blackberries, cassis, raisins and chocolate, with rich tannins and a long, dry, spicy finish. Very fine, yet unresolved now, with internal conflicts. Wants some age, so give it 5–6 years, because high alcohol and overripeness will eventually dominate.
