This magnificent expression of Sauvignon is very true to the variety and represents a huge step forward for the winemaking program of the Zonin family (that owns this estate). With help from Bordeaux professor Denis Dubourdieu, the wine crafted here is bright, deeply aromatic, fresh and crisp. It delivers exotic fruit, white flower, dried sage, ginger and tomato leaf characteristics.
