This is a rich wine that still retains intense freshness. Botrytised grapes were harvested in early December, giving rich honey and spice flavors. White peach and spiced pears give freshness as well as rich texture to this young wine. Drink as its opulence comes into its own, from 2019. || The Petit Manseng grape gives a honeyed, ripe and fragrant wine. Made from late-harvest fruit, this shows notes of pineapple and creamed apple. It should age well over many years.
