Quite tawny in color, this traditional Georgian qvevri wine has a high-toned apple aroma that's peppered with carmelized sugar and dried tea leaf hints. Dry and crisp, with penetrating dried-apple and orange rind flavors, it finishes long, with its powerful black-tea tannins reverberating on the palate.
