Quite tart and citrusy, this is a pleasant wine that offers clean and refreshing flavors of melon, grapefruit and gin. It's not an insubstantial wine, but it does not have the fleshy fruit that Willamette Valley Gris usually shows; this is a leaner style that's well suited to shellfish. || A tannic, slightly roasted style, with peppery tannins overtaking the tart berry-flavored fruit.
