Cabernet hardly gets richer or riper than this. The wine offers a huge blast of ripe and concentrated blackberries, cherries, cassis and mocha. The tannins are dense, yet soft and rich, while the acidity is just strong enough to support the structure. What a beauty. Lovely to drink now, and will develop over the next 10-plus years.
