This is a delicious and somewhat rare style of Malbec: it has none of the usual oak. What you wind up with is fruity, clean and pure. The body is maybe a touch leaner without the oak; the flavor profile is brighter and more linear. || Even if this full-bodied Cab starts with some eggy, pastry-like aromas, it soon finds its form.
