Edgy aromas of plum, cherry and cassis are fresh but scratchy. In the mouth, this Carmenère-led blend shows blazing, cutting acidity and racy flavors of cranberry and pie cherry. Oak and vanilla show up on the finish, which is acidic and fresh, much like the rest of the wine.
