Acidity is the main thing you notice when you sip this bone-dry wine. Also the light body, like silk in the mouth. It's delicate in texture, yet potent in flavor, offering waves of raspberries, cherries, red currants and spicy cola. It's a fine wine, but really too young. Hold it until 2018, at least.
