This Zin is so ripe and rich in milk chocolate, cappuccino and blackberry jam flavors, you hardly know what to make of it. You could drink it on its own, for it's delicious and heady. Or you can pair it with big beef or game dishes that are inherently sweet on their own, especially if you add to the umami intensity with sauces or cheeses. || Off-dry to semisweet, this wine has appley, honeysuckle and citrus flavors.
