Great intensity and purity are the first things you will notice from this dark, ruby-colored Ripasso. The wine's appearance is thick and velvety and its aromas recall black fruit, plum, prune, spice and a touch of graphite or mineral. It has soft tannins, long persistency and a very smooth feel overall.
