This is a big, full-bodied Pinot, dark in color, fairly tannic and weighty. Completely dry, it's made in a more robust style than many another Russian River Pinot Noir. The cherry, currant, pomegranate and persimmon flavors have an edge of raisins that adds interest. Decant it, let it breathe and watch how it changes in the glass.
