Barolo Lorens offers a hearty, meaty expression of Barolo that would pair with beef and wild mushroom stew or bacon-wrapped quail served with wild rice. The wine boasts deep, concentrated extraction with aromas of bresaola, smoke, spice, ripe cherry and red rose accents. It's thick and long lasting with slightly textured tannins.
