This high-end Cava opens with an attractive bouquet of bready, yeasty white-fruit aromas. It's about as complex as Cava gets, with impeccable balance and a blend of creamy weight and fresh acidity supporting dry orange, papaya and white pepper flavors. A dry, peppery finish is cut like a marble statue. Drink through 2020.
