Roasted plums, black pepper, black olives, violets and a touch of green peppercorns show on the nose of this blend of 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 16% Malbec, 13% Cabernet Franc and 8% Petit Verdot. Silky, chalky tannins frame the palate, where black olive, cooked beef and purple-flower flavors arise.
