Bruised apple and high-toned apple cider notes on the nose. It's an appley wine with familiar hints of ginger and apple pie spice, but brisk acidity and a supple mouthfeel keeps it from being overtly homespun in style. || On the nose, this wine offers muted banana, lychee and pineapple. Flavors are tropical and overripe, coating the mouth with plump papaya, passion fruit and guava. It's a little heavy, needing a bit more acidic lift.
