Salmon-colored and dense, with aromas of clay, cherry and brown sugar. Pinot Noir-ish in its smoky, dried-berry palate and peppery finish. Robust, solid and with texture. || Red in color, with a reedy, cinnamon nose that speaks to the 60% Pinot Noir in the wine. Flavors of strawberry and raspberry are downgraded by a rhubarb quality, and the mouthfell clamps down like a vise.
