Although a very good wine, this is a bit disappointing coming from winemaker Ben Glaetzer. Blackberry preserve flavors are soft and full-bodied without being especially rich or deep, with hints of vanilla and fresh grasses. Finishes fresh, with tart berry flavors. || Cedar, chocolate and cherry are the main players, with hints of alfalfa adding a modicum of complexity.
