Always one of the stalwarts of the Jaume stable, Terrasses seems more fruit-driven than usual in 2010, yielding almost jammy notions of black cherries and plums. It's medium to full in body, with enough dusty tannins on the finish to support another four or five years' of cellaring. || A full-bodied yet remarkably fresh Gigondas, with floral aromas and a fruit-driven style. Subtle shadings of licorice and chocolate add dark overtones, while the tannins are finely textured on the long finish. Drink now–2018.
