This is cool-coast Chilean SB from front to back. Vegetal-leaning aromas of asparagus, cactus and lime are what the Paredones microzone has become known for. This tastes slightly pickled and intense, with coastal green-fruit notes leading the finish. High acidity ensure that this is super racy.
