There's an inherent minerality to this bottling. Slate and wet concrete aromas are laid atop baked strawberry, stewed bay leaf and crushed oregano notes. A peppery acidity comes in the sip, which boasts a dark cranberry and stewed raspberry fruit backbone, touches of pine needle and more bay leaf.
