The classic Valpolicella blend of Corvina (70%), Rondinella and Molinara is enhanced by 5% Oseleta (a recently rediscovered native grape of northern Italy) to give the wine smooth tones of mocha and dark spice at the back of maraschino cherry and dried prune.
