There are regular, small explosions of citrus on the slender, taut palate of this exciting Wachau Riesling. This is so lively and energetic that you just want to keep sipping. It is slender, brisk and crisp and leaves the mouth feeling totally clean and invigorated. Not for the faint-hearted but thrilling for true acidhounds.
