An excellent value in drink-now Cabernet, Madison Ridge's 2009 Lot 1232 combines hints of mocha, dried herbs and cherries into a medium- to full-bodied red featuring supple tannins that turn slightly dusty on the finish. Pair with steaks and burgers over the next year or so.
