Very fresh, crisp and apply, this 100% Chardonnay Champagne also has a soft side from the relatively high dosage. That gives the wine some richness and adds touches of yellow fruits. This bottling could do with some more aging to add complexity, although it's delicious now. || Like other wines from Blin, this seems to have some good bottle age, which has rounded out the naturally crisp character of the wine. The tight citrus flavor is soft, giving a fragrant, mouthfilling feel.
