Spicy, hard aromas blend with pasty black fruit scents. The palate is big and lively, with baked flavors of blackberry and dark plum. Turns tight on the finish, which is crisp and tannic. Good Bonarda and a food-friendly wine. || Starts out with some heaviness and aromas of fresh cement and lacquer. With airing it improves, revealing a high-acid, fresh palate with raspberry, saline and herbal flavors.
