Toasty, herbal aromas; taut plum fruit on the palate takes on herb and coffee flavors, and tealike tannins that persist through the finish. Though this wine shows well, Winemaker Cara Morrison promises that the 2002 and 2003 vintages are even better. || Aromas are of light, fresh pineapple and a little petrol, and pineapple flavors persist on the palate.
