This is a solid Cabernet that shows the promise of the appellation in the central part of Monterey's Salinas Valley. It's dry and medium-bodied, with savory red-cherry candy, cranberry and currant flavors. || Bright red cherry fruit marks this dry, tartly crisp Merlot. It has additional flavors of cola and sweet toasty oak.
