Makes a great early impression via ripe blackberry and toast aromas. Overall there's not much negative to say about this meaty, fruity youngster; it has a lovely color, dark cherry and blackberry flavors, and warm vanilla and chocolate notes on the finish. Becomes more tannic and chunky as it opens; but as an easy drinker it's very good.
