From architect José Perdgão's small quinta—only 17 acres on typically high-altitude merciless soil—this classic Dão blend including Alfrocheiro and Jaen is ripe, still firmly tannic and mineral. It has weight and density, extra rich from the wood aging, and packed with solid tannins and balanced black fruits and acidity. The wine will be ready to drink from 2020.
