Light and rather floral for a Monastrell, with cassis, cherry and leather aromas. It's mildly brambly and not as deep as the 2006 version. Tastes like blackberry and leather, while the tannic grab is strapping. Finishes with a hint of spice and herbs, but also a pinch of bitterness.
